Job Title: Case Manager

Location: Warsaw, IN

Industry: Medical Device & Orthopedics



  • The Case Manager is an essential member of the Personalized Solutions team

  • The Case Manager serves as a primary point of contact for customers including surgeons, sales associates and imaging centers worldwide

  • This position requires a high level of professionalism and dedication to meeting all stakeholders’ requests promptly and accurately in a fast-paced setting

  • The role serves as the first point of contact on product specific inquiries and includes coordination with Imaging Centers, Sales Reps, Surgeons, and internal groups to provide support during the process

  • The position also includes direct collaboration and support with all internal/external production departments, development engineers, and marketing managers



  • Minimum 3 years in a customer service/facing role; must have supported both internal and external customers 

  • 3+ years with handling customer calls/emails both inbound and outbound 

  • 2+ years with MS Office Suite 

  • 1+ years exp with CRM software 

Soft skills:

  • Ability to take initiative to improve processes and work with limited supervision 

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills 

  • Analytical and active listening skills that will lead to correct pathways to solve problems and offer solutions. 

  • Strong interpersonal skills with experience working in team-oriented project groups

  • Maintain a schedule of deadlines and tasks and possess the ability to prioritize effectively
